Privacy policy

If you book a call, our scheduling provider collects the name, email address and any answers you give on the booking form, along with the time you selected. That is the only place this site asks you for anything.

If you email us, we hold that email and whatever you chose to put in it.

Our host records standard server logs for every request — IP address, user agent, the page requested and the time. These are operational records, used to keep the site up and to investigate abuse.

We do not run advertising trackers, we do not build profiles of visitors, and we do not sell or rent personal information to anyone. There is no login on this site, so there are no accounts and no passwords.

The site itself sets no cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking. The embedded scheduling widget may set cookies necessary for booking to function — for example, to remember a booking in progress. Blocking cookies will not stop you reading the site, though it may prevent the booking widget from working.

Three categories of provider, each doing one job: our hosting provider serves the site and keeps the server logs; our scheduling provider runs the booking flow and the calendar behind it; our email provider carries messages you send us. Each receives only what its job requires, and none of them is permitted to use your data for their own purposes.

We will disclose information if the law requires it. If that ever happens and we are allowed to tell you, we will.

Booking records and email correspondence are kept while there is an active or prospective engagement, and then for as long as we need them for our records. Server logs are retained on our host’s standard schedule. When you ask us to delete something and we are not required to keep it, we delete it.

Write to team@agentintegrator.io and ask for a copy of what we hold, a correction, or deletion. Say what you want and we will do it, or tell you plainly why we cannot. Depending on where you live you may have these rights by law; we will honour the request either way, and we will not treat you differently for making one.

This policy covers the website. Data belonging to a client’s business — the systems an agent touches, the records it reads, the actions it takes — is governed by the agreement signed for that engagement, not by this page. Agents operate inside the permissions the client’s own team already has, sensitive actions require human approval, and every action is logged for the client to review.

This is a business-to-business site and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of the page. Material changes will be summarised here rather than quietly folded into the text.
